VinoBios Aps
VinoBios and 2B have established in 2004 a strategic partnership. The aim of this collaboration is the development and distribution of new MLF starter cultures. Jan Clair Nielsen is the owner and director of VinoBios. He has worked for more than 12 years in the R&D department of Chr.Hansen A/S in Denmark.

He was responsible for the development of the first freeze dried MLF starter cultures for direct inoculation in wine, Viniflora™ Oenos, Viniflora™ CH35 and Viniflora™Plantarum. In 2001 he founded his own company in order to transfrom his ideas into new products. After intense research his work resulted in new solutions for the malolactic fermentation. He launched 2 innovative MLF starter cultures under his own brand ViniBacti™, in conjunction with a revolutional adaptation method for difficult conditions of the MLF in wine.

Agrano GmbH
Agrano is the manufactuer of a new yeast solution developed by 2B. Agrano provides a pure fermentation for the direct inoculation to juice. A highly economical solution for maxium security in large volume fermentations. The strain LiquiFerm™G1 was selected from the strain bank of the University of Applied Science Geisenheim. It provides a reliable fermentation and gives a fresh and crispy flavour profile which respects the varietal character. Preferably recommended for white wines.
