FermControl™ New Formulation

FermControl™ is a new generation yeast nutrient for an optimal metabolism of yeast during the alcoholic fermentation. The product is the result of the 2B R&D work and was recently patented. With the latest formulation FermControl™ provides maxium security for a reliable fermentation and easier winemaking.

All ingredients in FermControl™ are naturally present in grapes. FermControl™ balances the deficit of all substrates and necessary co-products in natural grape juice. Due to this all metabolic functions of the yeast during the alcoholic fermenation are optimised. Because of this ideal combination of trace elements, vitamins and other important nutrition compounds, the fermentation of poor juices becomes highly reliable with excellent sensory results.

  • Reliably preventive against reductive off-flavors or other undesired aromas coming from an inferior yeast metabolism
