ViniTannin™ W is a highly purified tannin preparation derived form white grape skins. It optimizes the redox potential of the juice and therefore the aromatic stability and improves complexity of the wines. ViniTannin™ W also improves the texture of the wines without any bitterness or harsh astringent flavours and improves the ageing potential of the wine. ViniTannin™ W helps also to prevent early ageing in wines without addition of S02.
