We are pleased to present you the 2B FermControl GmbH. We are exclusively occupied with high-quality solutions for the fermentation procedures during the high quality wine making. We want to offer you products completely different from others on the market to help you making highest quality wines.

We can propose a selection of self-developped products, which are already appreciated by international leading winemakers – for example FermControlâ„¢ as well as a new generation of MLF starter cultures MaloBactiâ„¢.

We have many years of international experience with the development and use of Barriques and wood barrel alternatives in the wine making. Therefore we offer economic and also ecological solutions for the careful employment of wood during the winemaking.

With the Tonnellerie Saury we found a partner in France, which is represented on all famous Châteaus and Domaines. Saury is one of the first barrel manufacturers of the world which has certified it’s quality by a independent Institute.
